Whilst the company will generally invest its own funds in projects, we welcome participation from a range of other investors who tend to be high net worth and/or high profile, together with participation from highly respected institutions.
We act as a conduit for investors who wish to participate in the potentially rewarding asset class of real estate in emerging economies, with each investor benefiting from the financial and property expertise of our management team.
The company invests in residential and commercial projects within targeted areas where we have identified the potential for above-average returns either through strong capital growth or above-average rental yields.
We also have the ability to retain stock properties from our developments for longer term returns, held for rental yield and capital appreciation. Through our affiliation with pre-qualified local development companies, our deal structures when selling them developments sites often allow us to acquire stock from these development companies at a discount to open market valuation.
The company retains the services of a number of specialist advisers to ensure that the opportunities available to the company are maximised.
The company will only invest where there is a high degree of security of investment in terms of land title etc. In this regard the company employs the most respected legal advisers. The company delivers regular and concise reports to our investors.
